Dark Side of the night
In humans as it is with all mammals, your biological clock resides in the suprachiasmatic nucleus of your brain (SCN), which is part of your hypothalamus. Based on the signals of light and darkness, your SCN tells your pineal gland when it's time to secrete melatonin.

The light comes through your eyes and travels up your optic nerves to the SCN, which is delicately sensitive to the light and dark cycles.

When you run a light at night, instantly send the misleading brain misinformation about the dark light cycle. The only thing that explains your brain light is today's day belief has arrived, your biological clock instructs your pineal gland immediately to stop its production of melatonin.

An interesting study from a university study in Sydney, Australia, reports that can affect what other peoples are eating in response to how you smell. Plus, how can you smell also the story of your health, especially with regard to the armpit area of your body. (You may notice that body odor, good or bad, generally exudes your armpit more than any other area.)

There are several reasons why people sweat. Stress, anxiety, high temperatures, fear, nervousness, exercise, anger and fever can all lead to a sweat response. Age, public health profile and weight can, too, but even given the same factors, some people simply generate more sweat than other people on any given day. Skin spectrophotometry was used in the study to measure the levels of carotenides, naturally occurring antioxidant dyes, as a measure of eating fruits and vegetables.

According to the hypothesis of scientists, eating a lot of fruits and vegetables, which contain many powerful carogens, will positively affect what you smell like. There are more than 700 types of natural carogens, known as Beta Carrutin. At least you have about 10 or 20 different carotenoids circulating through the bloodstream at any given time.

The study included a food-frequency questionnaire. Both aluminum chloride and chlorhydrate aluminum can interfere with estrogen receptors in breast cancer cells, and estrogen plays a well-known role in breast cancer. The equivalents used as a preservative were also associated with cancer.

There is also the fact that sweating is natural and beneficial physical response on many levels, preventing it by anti-perspirant is not a good idea. All natural deodorant can be made by mixing equal amounts of baking soda, relieving coconut oil and either the organic corn starch or the arrooks powder.

If you have sensitive skin, you may try to use a little less soda. Make sure the mixture stays mixed, and the hot weather can cause some ingredients to "settle". To merge the fragrance, a few drops of basic lavender oil (or your favorite) can also be added. Simply washing your armpits with soap and water is also an effective way to remove odors. Some are even made of plant materials, such as cannabis, which is naturally antibacterial, anti-fungal and breathable. The popularity of flip flops has a lot to do with bathing and the beach is ready for practical application, so while a few designer models the sport has been stacked or installed heel, others are allegedly offering the only "comfort", the vast majority flat.

A lot of people, especially women, enjoy collecting multiple pairs in different colours. They're casual, fun and versatile. A lot of the call is the ability to blend and match with different clothes, not necessarily for continuity or even convenience. Flip flops are generally very inexpensive, which is part of the problem because it usually reflects the quality and the lack of it. Many can buy less than 5 bucks a pair. How severe a staph infection gets depends on whether you have open wounds-like wounds minute of peeling through the recent pedicure or actual cuts-and your health when you pick up bacteria."

Foot and surgeon ankle Dr Zachary Fosbel says continuous flip-flop wear will hurt your feet. The final results can be a pain in your bows and heel, stress fractures, shin splints and even the farmer's fasciitis. Also running in flip-flops can be downright dangerous as you can fall more easily, lead to strains, twisting and bone fractures.

That is why many doctors warn that young children do not wear them. Researchers have also found that the extensive use of shoes can change your gait, which can cause problems with hips and low back.

Then there are hygiene concerns. Flip flops are also very dirty, which is because all the surfaces of the shoes are exposed to the Earth. But the amount of bacteria that live on one pair of flip flops may surprise you.

According to the report of Today's Expo and the University of Miami, upwards of 18,000 bacteria-such as fecal and dangerous staph-are often found to cover flip flops. As it's so dirty, it is advisable to wash your feet after a stroll in flip-flops and not to wear them at home. Reserve that flip-flops for the beach and the streets.

Risk aside, I love my flip flops and don't see a lot of people abandon it. This is probably why the American Medical Association for Foot Therapy provides useful tips on flip flops in order to ensure safe and healthy wear:
  • Try shopping to get flip flops of higher quality. Soft leather can help to minimize possible irritation to the skin.
  • Use the test curve. Gently bend the face to the end to the end, making sure to bend the ball of the foot, not in half.
  • Make sure it's not too small and that there is no part of the foot hanging off at either side.
  • You can wear the most consistent pair in public places such as public swimming pools, beach, hotel and dressing rooms.
  • Throw away pairs if you're seriously worn out.
  • Don't ignore the irritation between your toes.
  • Avoid wearing flip flops if you plan to walk long distances or hiking.
  • Don't play sports in flip flops, which can often lead to twisting, dividers, and twists of a foot or ankle.

Croup is an example of this type of disease. It is mainly characterized by a child's larynx (voice box) and trachea (windpipe), which are the upper and lower parts of the breathing tube that connects the mouth to the upper lungs. Once these areas are severely affected, it can cause respiratory obstruction, a distinctive bark cough and a tricydor high-pitched whistling sound when breathing.

And worse, croup is very contagious. It can spread from one person to another, usually between a child infected to another child or adult, by:

Croup in Numbers: How Common is this Disease?

Croup is common among infants and young children aged 6 months to 3 years. Most croup cases occur in children aged one year. However, children as young as 3 months old can develop a croup, too. The same applies to older children up to the age of 15 years and adults (albeit rarely).

Yearly, croup appears in 3% of children, and this infection is almost always caused by a virus. Seventy-five per cent of the parinfluorosa virus infections have started, although other factors such as measles, influenza, rhinovirus, intestinal uses and respiratory syncytial can lead to this disease.

The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that most of the synthetic medicinal cold and cough be avoided. Several studies show that these medicinal are ineffective for children. They can cause side effects that can lead to more serious symptoms. Acetaminophen (Tylenol) and ibuprofen (Motrin, Advel) are useful for relieving pain and fever. Aspirin is avoided in the treatment of croup and other viral diseases since aspirin is suspected of being related to Reye's syndrome. Reye's syndrome is a serious disease that causes kidney, liver and brain damage, which can lead to a rapid onset of a coma. Sometimes, oral cortisone medication (dexamethasone) is characterized by more severe cases of croup. A small number of patients with acute respiratory symptoms are that inhalation therapy with epinephrine (adrenaline) can be managed in a hospital; there is continuos monitoring available. Such treatment provides a temporary (two-hour) reduction of symptoms but usually followed by the return of equally severe symptoms. These symptoms are commonly termed as a "rebound" phenomenon. The side effects of epinephrine treatment include rapid heart rate, hypertension, nausea, and sometimes vomiting and agitation. Because the virus usually causes croup, antibiotics are reserved for those rare occasions when bacterial infections cause croup or become superimposed on viral infections.

Although many liquids are encouraged to avoid dehydration, forcing fluids is generally unnecessary. Popsicles is a popular way to provide fluids. The activity should be limited to quiet play during the first days of the disease.
